Advice:

Put in the reps. Slow reps, medium reps, red line reps, precise reps, and even awkward and clumsy reps. Put in repetitions at the height of your mental focus and physical abilities, reps when you’re tired, distracted, or even medicated. A few reps are better than no reps at all, and more reps are better than just a few.

Also practice the basics. Masters are masters of the basics, even they are at the beginning of new material or new discoveries and challenges and have to get past the awkwardness of the new.

Practice even after working out and tired.
