Hey group, I’m glad to see you taking notes of what we do and how we do it.

When doing it on the fly use whatever shorthand or even terminology makes it understandable to you, that’s the important part.  Since we do some things we do more publicly than others, here’s a limited review of what we’ve been doing.

Our variation of the 64 attacks:

right hand – left hand – two handed – power assisted – in place – going forward – going backward -going 360

  • Abecedario, strike #’s 1-12
  • Four wall/cuatro cantos, supported and unsupported, #’s 13-22
  • Payung/umbrella blocks, #’s 23-25

V-Stepping:

with stick block – with stick strike – empty hand with cover – as entry with finish.

Side stepping with tap.

Gunting:

Horizontal – Vertical

Elbow strikes/Limb destructions.

I’d like for all of you to remember or develop 3-4 defenses for a #1 and a #2 strike.  Thats not a lot.  Make them second nature.  See you all Sunday.
